Your stay at Inlet Villas includes:
A starter breakfast (first day) of muesli,
seasonal fruit, yoghurt , plunger coffee or tea.

SUMMER SEASON
- 1 bdrm.villa 01/12/11-31/04/12:$355.00 p.n.
- 2 bdrm. villa 01/10/11-30/04/12:$530.00 p.n.
- 3 bdrm. villa 01/10/11-30/04/12:$795.00 p.n.
There is a 2 night minimum stay on the above excluding
the 3 bdrm. villa which is by request.
(Shorter stays may be possible but a surcharge will apply.)
All prices are inclusive of 15% Government Tax.
INLET VILLAS ‘EXCLUSIVE USE’ PACKAGE
- Three one bedroom villas.
- One three bedroom villa.
- All stylishly appointed, full facilities, 5 acres with water frontage.
- Pricing from $1750.00 pn. ( a three night minimum applies).
The above price is for accommodation only.
Any functions, with other than Inlet Villas guests attending, will
be priced separately & according to the number of extra guests.

PAYMENT
- We accept bookings by phone, email or online .
To secure a booking a deposit is required with the balance due 1 month prior to arrival date.
- To secure a booking made within 1 month of arrival date, full payment is due at time of booking.
- Payment can be made with Credit Card or Direct Credit to Inlet Villas Bank act.
- Inlet Villas Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a booking should payments not be received by due dates.
- As amendments and cancellations to reservations affect us greatly the following cancellation policy applies to confirmed bookings:
Prior to 60 days - $150.00
60-31 days - 50% charge
Inside 30 days - Full charge (unless a replacement booking is found)
(We suggest Travel Insurance be taken out for the unlikely event of cancellation.)
